A-la-carte menu, table service, or buffet

Our cuisine is traditional Mediterranean with a modern touch. Seasonality is combined with creativity; everything is homemade; the meat is Italian; the vegetables are fresh and in season; the fish is mostly from the sea, always fresh with daily deliveries, and our desserts are all made in-house.

The owner, Antonio Palermo, is always present in the dining rooms and can define both the menu, which can also be arranged with the chef's valuable advice, the type of service: at-table or buffet, according to the needs of the customer and always keeping in mind the quality of the produce.

The Wine Cellar

To accompany the dishes of local cuisine, we offer a wide range of fine wines from the Castelli Romani and Lazio regions, as well as other domestic and foreign choices.
